Gaynor's Dancing Horses as a Demonstration Team, goes back to 1980, when Horse and Hound's Pippa Cuckson gave Gaynor that title in an article about Gaynor and the Team.

Never before had horses been seen choreographed and 'dancing' to live music played to suit their speeds, movement and personality. The Spanish Riding School have done formation riding to classical music, but the music is background accompaniment, and not to match the movements.

The Team riding at the Netherton Demo are carefully chosen to demonstrate to the audience how music can be played for any type of horse or pony. We have a selection of Warmblood, Spanish, Portuguese, Fells, Dales, Highland and Working Equitation. It is all played live and you can see how the paces and dynamics are achieved. It is a wonderful evening of fun and learning. Bring a chair and a blanket.

The doors open at 5pm, and there will be refreshments at half time.
