Refund policy

• Final Sale: All ticket sales for Gaynor's Dancing Horses  are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for attendee cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend, regardless of the circumstances.
• Event Cancellation/Rescheduling: If GDH cancels the event, a full refund of the ticket price (minus processing fees) will be provided. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be transferred to the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, a refund may be requested within 30 days.
• Transfer Policy: Tickets are [non-transferable / transferable with written notice to Email by Date].
• Gaynor's Dancing Horses are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees.
